Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Contact the hotel directly or reach out to our customer support team via email. Please have your booking reference number ready.
What room types are available?
Each hotel offers different room types such as Single, Double, and Suite rooms. When you open the booking modal, you'll see all available room types with their prices and current availability. Room availability is updated in real-time, so you always see the most accurate information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), and other local payment methods through our trusted payment partners Stripe and Mollie. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs! The price you see in the booking summary is the total price. This includes the room rate per night × number of nights, plus a 12% tax. There are no additional booking fees or service charges. The price is broken down clearly showing the room cost, taxes, and total before you confirm.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! We regularly offer promotional discount codes. You can enter your discount code during the booking process to receive a percentage or fixed discount on your stay. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest promotions.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel:
Free cancellation: Most hotels offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in
Non-refundable rates: Some discounted rates may be non-refundable
Partial refund: Late cancellations may qualify for a partial refund

How do I get a refund?
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For any issues with refunds, please contact our customer support team with your booking reference.
Account & Profile
Do I need an account to book?
No, you can book as a guest without creating an account. Simply fill in your details during the booking process. However, creating an account allows you to save your wishlist, view booking history, and manage your reservations more easily.
How do I save hotels to my wishlist?
Click the heart icon on any hotel card to add it to your wishlist. Your wishlist is saved locally in your browser and persists between visits. You can filter to show only wishlist hotels using the heart icon in the filter bar.
For Hotel Owners
How can I list my hotel on MolaStay?
Visit our Hotel Owner Portal and register with your business details. You'll need your tax number (Vergi Numarası), tourism license if applicable, and business address. Once registered, an admin will review and approve your account. After approval, you can add your hotels with photos, amenities, and pricing.
What commission does MolaStay charge?
MolaStay charges a standard platform commission of 15% on each booking. This covers payment processing, marketing, customer support, and platform maintenance. The remaining 85% is paid out to you. You can view your earnings breakdown in the owner dashboard.
Can I manage room types and availability?
Yes! Through the owner portal, you can add multiple room types (Single, Double, Suite, etc.) with individual pricing. Room availability is tracked automatically — when guests book, the available count decreases. You can set the total number of rooms for each type.
